As both a NFL and an EPL fan, I'm curious how both Americans and Europeans look at today's American Football game.

For Americans:
1) Do you like an American game being promoted in other areas of the world?
2) Should this "one game a year" idea continue in the future?
3) Would you be interested in a European division (not NFL Europe), maybe to play the Super Bowl winner?

For non-Americans:
1) Do you know enough about the game to be entertained by watching it?
2) Should this "one game a year" idea continue in the future?
3) Do you see any interest in this sport being picked up in other areas of the world?

1. I would, but I can't even get to watch the marquee matchups or my favorite team playing because I don't have directTV. So the NFL and DirectTV can get lost for all I care. (Edit: right now when all the games are playing, I can only see one of them because of NFL rules. The other station is carrying local programming on breast cancer.)
2. The problem is that one of the teams for these out-of-country game lose a home game and ends up with a competitive disadvantage.
3. In the sort term no because the talent pool is already streched too thin at some positions for the US to support a European division and I don't think Europe has the talent of its own right now to create enough viable teams.

3) Do you see any interest in this sport being picked up in other areas of the world? Hm not really, certainly wont be as big as it is in USA anyway.

American here:

1) Yeah I like the idea of American football being promoted elsewhere. Considering baseball is popular in Japan I wouldn't mind seeing American football catch on in Europe.

2) I don't see a problem with this one game a year rule continuing on. I might even support more games, but only until interest becomes great enough that Europe forms its own teams again.

3) Sure, why not? I wouldn't see anything wrong with another conference or two (let's say... EFC for European Football Conference and... I don't really have any ideas for a second conference lol maybe someone with more knowledge of European geography could help with this). Perhaps make a bowl broadcast in Europe for the European Conferences and make some sort of international bowl game for the America vs. Europe game. Just throwing out ideas.
